Charges are billed annually on the plan anniversary. Reimbursement for unused service-time will be pro-rated on cancellation, should you ever make the horrible mistake of cancelling the service to be hosted elsewhere.

* "Secure hosting"/SSL is included with the Advanced plan, but must be explicitly enabled. Please contact support services to have SSL for your domain "turned on." SSL can be added to the Basic plan for an additional $50/yr.
** Wildcard DNS

For Advanced users we can set your forum up to run on MSDE 2000. This is a mini SQL engine that is much faster than access allowing for 5x more simultaneous connections than MS Access before queing database requests. This results in lightning speed and is perfect for sites that average 5 - 100 simultaneous users.
